Fill it in at the door, not back in the van, and take the photo before you leave. If something is damaged, note it on the form while the customer is there.

What should a proof of delivery form include?
What was delivered, the number of packages, where it was left, the name of the person who received it, a photo and the condition on delivery. A signature adds proof that the right person received it.
Can I change the checklist?
Print it as is, or copy the items into your own form. In Routova you can edit the same checklist, and changes only apply to new visits: completed visits keep the version they were filled in on.
