Routova for septic & grease trap pumping
Grease traps come due every month or quarter; homeowners call when a tank needs pumping. Routova keeps the recurring accounts on schedule, puts the one-time pump-outs on the day you book them, and records what was done at every stop.
Monthly and quarterly grease trap accounts generate their visits on schedule. Moving one leaves the rest on their usual dates.
Build a checklist for volumes pumped, tank condition and disposal details, filled in on the phone with photos and a signature.
Booking confirmations, reminders and on-the-way emails go out automatically, with a tracking link for each visit.
A truck's day mixes three grease trap accounts and two residential pump-outs in one driving order.
Starter at $49 a month for one crew, Team at $99 a month for up to three, Crew at $149 a month for up to five and Fleet at $299 a month for up to fifteen, all with unlimited stops and users. Yearly billing gets two months free. No card needed for the 14-day trial.
