Using it on the route
Take the readings before adding chemicals, so the sheet shows what the water was like when the tech arrived. Write the product and amount for every chemical added: it answers most customer questions about a cloudy pool before they're asked.
Questions
- What should a pool service checklist include?
- At minimum: free chlorine and pH readings, what was added, the cleaning done (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets), filter pressure and whether the equipment is running normally. This sheet also covers alkalinity, stabilizer, calcium hardness and salt.
- Can I change the checklist?
- Print it as is, or copy the items into your own form. In Routova you can edit the same checklist, and changes only apply to new visits: completed visits keep the version they were filled in on.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Print as many copies as you like. No sign-up needed.
